He has demonstrated success in building and leading powerful cross-functional teams in startup and multinational organizations and has successfully launched disruptive and first-to-market technologies, gaining significant adoption, and accelerating revenue growth leading to multiple successful company exits.
Carlo founded MTCA in 2012, specializing in primary market research and strategic analysis to help medical technology companies rapidly and cost-effectively assess new markets, products, and technologies.
Carlo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a Masters in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

Demonstrated success and commitment in sales & sales management roles within numerous environments start-up, fast growth, negative reimbursement, managed care sales and turnaround environments.
